WHBOS Terms of Service
Fair, transparent licensing terms governing your use of the WHBOS web hosting operating system, source code customization rights, and client portal operations.

1. Acceptance & Definitions
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or executing WHBOS ("Software"), you ("Licensee") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Commercial Software License Agreement ("Agreement").
"Software" refers to the WHBOS application, inclusive of all Laravel controllers, models, Blade templates, automated server provisioning drivers, database migrations, and accompanying documentation.
2. License Grants (Monthly & Owned)
WHBOS provides two commercial licensing tiers:
Grants the non-exclusive right to operate WHBOS on one active production node for the duration of the active recurring billing term. Includes continuous software updates and 24/7 technical support.
Grants a perpetual, lifetime right to operate the purchased version on your server. Includes 1 full year of software updates and support. Optional annual update passes may be purchased thereafter.
3. Source Code Modification Rights
Because WHBOS is delivered with 100% unencoded PHP source code, you are granted full permission to modify, audit, and extend any part of the codebase for your internal business operations.
You may build custom server hypervisors, payment gateways, registrar adapters, and internal CRM integrations using our Driver SDK. All custom drivers authored by you remain your exclusive intellectual property.
4. IP Binding & Flex Floating Nodes
Standard Branded and Unbranded licenses bind to a single production IPv4/IPv6 address. Licensees may freely re-issue their license key to a new server IP or domain name at any time with zero cooldowns via the client portal.
Flex Tier Licenses: Exempt from static IP binding and may be deployed across dynamic cloud nodes, Kubernetes clusters, Docker Swarm environments, or floating IP pools.
5. Branding & White-Label Terms
Branded Tier: Requires retaining the discrete "Powered by WHBOS" hyperlink in the footer of customer-facing portal views.
Unbranded & Flex Tiers: Fully authorized to remove all WHBOS branding, copyright notices, and powered-by links from customer portals, invoices, and email notifications to present a 100% white-label experience.
6. Billing, Renewals & Refunds
- Auto-Renewal: Monthly subscriptions renew automatically on the billing date unless cancelled via the client portal prior to renewal.
- 30-Day Money Back Guarantee: If WHBOS fails to install or function on your server, and our engineering team cannot resolve the issue within 30 days of purchase, a full 100% refund will be issued.
- Currency Rates: Invoices are settled in the customer's selected active currency at verified market exchange rates.
7. Prohibited Uses & Anti-Piracy
Licensees shall not:
- Sub-license, resell, lease, or publicly distribute the core WHBOS PHP source code or license verification endpoints.
- Bypass or nullify cryptographic license heartbeat validation mechanisms.
- Use WHBOS to operate illegal botnets, unlicensed malware distribution networks, or phishing infrastructure.
8. Limitation of Liability
WHBOS is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. In no event shall WHBOS or its contributors be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from server outages, third-party hypervisor API disruptions, or data loss.
Our total aggregate liability under this agreement is strictly limited to the amount paid by Licensee to WHBOS in the 12 months preceding the claim.
